    Everyone is an athlete!  Whether you run, climb, swim, bike, hike, walk, or sit at a desk all day and only get out on the weekends, you're an athlete! my mission is to help you prevent injury and improve your performance at work and play.  I'll create your custom strength and conditioning program based upon your goals, current level of fitness and equipment available to you (at the gym, work fitness center or home).  Brian is an Elite trainer Evanston Athletic Club. Training sessions can be purchased at 30 or 60 minutes individually as well as in packages of 8, 16 and 36 packages.   For more information , Click here.
